Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Helper/Operator position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age: Maximum 27 years old.
* Education: High School (SMA IPA) graduates, Vocational School (SMK) graduates, or Diploma (D3) holders.
* Preferred Majors: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Automation, Informatics Management, Electrical Installation, Electrical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, or Accounting.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates, though prior experience is a plus.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our operational units across Indonesia.
