## Key Qualifications for Candidates

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

* Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
* Experience: Prior professional experience within an Embassy or an international organization is highly preferred.
* Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
* Age Requirements: Candidates should be between 22 and 35 years of age.
* Soft Skills: Proven excellence in communication, interpersonal relations, and organizational coordination.

## Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the Embassy. Primary duties include:

1. Communication Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for all incoming telephone inquiries and routing them to the appropriate departments.
2. Administrative Support: Providing robust support for the Embassy’s commerce and general administrative functions.
3. Liaison Duties: Facilitating professional relationships by serving as a bridge between the Embassy, local companies, prominent business associations, and relevant Indonesian government entities.

## Employment Terms and Application Process
